For standard shipping all orders are dispatched within 48 hours of purchase by our Third Party Logistics. Please note the shipping time for standard shipping is 5-10 business days from dispatch not from purchase date. If you need your order urgently please opt for Express Shipping. 

All express orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase on business days. Express is shipped directly from Queensland, Australia. Any orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched within 24 hours from the following Monday. Please note, during sale periods or public holidays, we may experience small dispatch delays.
